I'm a Knoxville-based photographer and visual storyteller with a background spanning portraiture, photojournalism, architecture, and commercial work. That range isn't an accident — it means I bring a compositional instinct to real estate and brand photography that purely commercial shooters often miss.

This site is focused on two things I do best for businesses: real estate photography that helps listings move, and commercial photography that gives brands the visual confidence to compete. Every shoot is done personally by me — you'll never get handed off to an associate.

I work with independent agents, brokerages, property developers, restaurants, retailers, law firms, and startups throughout the Knoxville area and surrounding East Tennessee.

I arrive on time, work efficiently, and handle the space with care. Most residential shoots take 60–90 minutes.

Common questions

FAQ

How should I prepare a property for a real estate shoot? +
Declutter all surfaces, remove personal items from counters, make beds, open blinds, and turn on all interior lights. I'll send a detailed prep checklist when you book. A little preparation makes a significant difference in the final images.
Do you travel outside of Knoxville? +
Yes — I cover the greater Knoxville metro including Maryville, Oak Ridge, Lenoir City, Sevierville, and surrounding East Tennessee counties. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond 30 miles from Knoxville.
What if the weather is bad on shoot day? +
We'll reschedule at no charge. For real estate, overcast skies are actually ideal for interiors — I only reschedule for rain or conditions that would affect exterior quality. I'll always give you at least 24 hours notice.
Can I request specific shots or angles? +
Absolutely. You're welcome to provide a shot list and I'll do my best to capture everything on it. I'll also bring my own eye to the space — often the best shots are ones neither of us planned.
What rights do I have to the images? +
Real estate packages include MLS and marketing rights. Commercial packages include full commercial licensing for web, print, and advertising use. I retain copyright as the photographer, but you have full license to use the images for your business purposes.
Do you offer recurring or retainer pricing for agents? +
Yes. Agents and brokerages with consistent monthly volume can access preferred rates and priority scheduling. Reach out directly and we'll put together an arrangement that works for your business.
